“ The fivestar rating is solely for the waiter Rylee and the cooks. I would like to say though, I am very disappointed that the manager stays sitting in the office doing what? The entire time the the one employee that was waiting on multiple different tables. Having to get multiple tables drinks at the same time, as well as take all the orders and taking a little longer. Which everyone seemed to be understanding about. Which Im guessing we all assumed the same thing he was alone. It was unbeknownst to me that the manager was sitting in the office. I myself, have worked in food industry as a manager multiple times. If our employees were ever busy especially if there was only one person out there. We would stop doing paperwork or whatever we were doing to go help with customers. Your customer service says a whole lot about your business and I believe that it was poorly executed during my visit. Management should do a better job at being a part of the team and helping their employees... She only walked up to the front one time. She had to go get a bilingual cook or dishwasher to speak to a customer that came in, then she disappeared again not even bothering to help the waiter check on their tables or anything. I KNOW she SEEN the customers and chose to ignore them and walk by. It was very disappointing to see such poor representation of management at this location. Rylee deserves a raise or promotion though he seems very promising!!! ”

“ Here with family after a viewing at an Omaha funeral home. The food was good, our server was funny wonderful, IHOP accommodated our large 14 member, multitable walkin group with no problems. We felt welcome, even having a couple of staff members volunteering themselves to step in to run the camera for family photos. Helped to eversoslightly soften the blow of such a significant loss. ”

I just wish there was an indication on the menu that the sirloin tips on the steak and eggs meal would have a sweet marinated flavor to it. I was hoping for a smokeysavory grilled taste so that was a bit disappointing. But it was cooked to perfection medium and everything was good. ”
